AS WE WELCOME THE NEW YEAR IN MAY WE WISH YOU ALL A VERY HAPPY, HEALTHY AND PEACEFUL 2020.
ANOTHER YEAR is with us, a difficult year for Clive and Dorothy but hoping by the end of January the NHS will help Dorothy back to reasonable health.
We were delighted to welcome many new guests in 2019 and said a fond farewell to some guests who had to cancel due to ill health and are not well enough to travel, we wish them well in 2020.
As many of you will notice we have quite a few weeks booked for the summer months many new guests too, which we are delighted to welcome them to our 4 star, gold award self catering holiday Lodge.
Dorothy has been helping Clive getting the chickens up each morning and has noticed the snow drops and daffodils appearing through the wet leaves and grass.
At the end of the year it has been very wet, Shropshire has had similar weather to various parts of the country with swollen rivers and weirs.
Dorothy’s nephew Adrian and family have come back to England after being in Canada over twenty years. Now looking to find a place to make their new home. Adrian loves taking photos of the many animals, birds and wildlife in and around the lodge here are just a few.
