| DEPOSIT There is a deposit of £100 to secure your booking. This is non-refundable, However the deposit can be transferred to another vacant date within 12 months of your original booking if necessary. On receipt of your deposit we will send out a letter of acknowledgement confirming your booking, informing you of the date for the balance of our fee to be paid, and giving directions to Acorn Lodge. We require full payment 4 weeks before commencement of your holiday. We will send out a letter of acknowledgement when we receive your final payment. No refund can be made after the full payment has been received. Bookings are not transferable to alternative weeks once full payment has been made. You may wish to take out Holiday Insurance to cover this eventuality. Sorry, we do not take Credit Cards /Debit Cards. Payment by cheque payable to Mrs D Shakespeare. Bank Transfer: T.C. & D.J Shakespeare Lloyds Bank – 00215561 30-95-27 plus use surname when making payment. Non-Chargeable Facilities for Disabled Visitors. We offer various aids for our less able visitors if required. These include toilet frame and seat, shower seat, wheelchair, walking frame, walking stick, bed frame. Additional Charges Hire of High Chair for infants – £10 per Stay (any duration) Hire of Cot Hire for babies (Linen not included) £10 per stay (any duration) The above prices include all bed linen, towels, electricity, gas and logs, toiletries, cleaning materials, Bottle of wine and free-range eggs when available other alternatives available please ask.
